Tosin Ajose is a business lawyer with circa 2 decades’ transactional experience advising global businesses, corporations and HNIs on premium Africa-Focused deals. She is commonly referred to as “Africa’s Business Concierge” because of her unmatched knowledge of Africa’s nuanced deal making culture. She is the Founder of one of Africa’s fastest growing Transactional Law Firms and one of the few female founder transactional law firms in Africa – DealHQ Africa. With over 1000 high value transactions to her credit across, corporate commercial, mergers & acquisition, construction/projects, capital markets, real estate, finance(project/corporate).

She is a regular resource person and trainer at the Lagos Business School (Pan African University) and a member of the Adjunct Faculty for the Centre for Housing and Sustainable Development, University of Lagos where she teaches Business Economics under the Masters in Housing Programme.
Tosin a member of the Executive Committee of the Nigerian British Chamber of Commerce and the Vice Chairman of its Real Estate and Construction Committee; She is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Section on Business Law of the Nigerian Bar Association. She is a member of Institute of Directors, where she serves on the Mentor’s Board. A seasoned Board Executive, she currently sits on the Board on 4 indigenous Nigerian Companies(insurance, oil and gas, mining and packaging) and 2 not for profit boards where her contributions to strategic thinking and governance are greatly acknowledged.
