OFICE RETREAT 2019

DEAL HQ hosted a 2-day Office Retreat in 2019. The focus of the retreat was to entrench the firm’s culture and to upskill for optimal performance and competitiveness in the coming year.

The firm benefitted from quality facilitators discussing insightful content such as Financial Analysis for Commercial Lawyers, Corporate Culture: Entrenching Work Ethics and Good Corporate Culture and a Digital Upskill. The team also took the opportunity to revisit the vision of the firm, the journey so far- wins, failures and lessons learnt as well as highlight business strategies for 2020.

It ended with a team bonding dinner.
